I thought this was a pretty nifty idea so I figured I would post it here to generate interest.

This actually was done before, a couple years ago. It was pretty small-time, attracted 25 people or so, was like a half hour play, but was really fun to watch.

I'd love to see a full production (or at least the semblance of a full production) done in AO.

But an entire Shakespeare play? I don't think you could find enough players willing to dedicate that kind of time and energy to rehearsal and prep. Perhaps a minified version of one. :)

(yes, I could've posted this on the thread, but I'm still on self-imposed ban on AO forums)

Hmm well I'm on work-imposed ban as I can't get the AO forums up here at work for some stupid network reason.

An older player who quit used to do a telling of the Oddyssey(as I hope some folks remember) - Oliewabie it was (probably getting the spelling wrong but can't look it up now)

I'm leader of the Barador Arin Acting Troupe... we're planning to perform Romeo and Juliet once we've filled all the roles... in WA. Might be fun, but on the other hand... maybe not.

Ya that's my buddy Jarnio who does all that. They disbanded Anarchy Shakespearean and merged with Exalted, then the "poets" of AS are going and joining up with Samp and they are redoing that whole thing. Jarnio's been doing the whole plays and junk all the time for the last year or so. Pretty cool being a wandering poet, was always fun to be lucky enough to come across him.

Heavy RP though, and disabled his com device (he ignores all tells even from friends and only talks in vicin).
