The Loss of a Great Gamer

Last night we got the call that one of my husband's best friends passed away. Jay Johnson, known online and to his Tribes clanmates as Mister13, fell suddenly ill after eating a seafood omelet. It toxified his liver and he was put into a medically induced coma while he awaited an emergency liver transplant. He sought medical attention too late and slipped away from us.

My husband and the boys at Houston Vehicles are devastated. For some of them this is the first experience they have with losing a close friend. It's been especially traumatic for Mike because Jay was younger than we are. It's tragic to lose someone so close, and so young.

Gridstream Productions had plans to link up with HoustonVehicles.com and DevotedGamers.com, so I wanted to let you all know. My husband and I have written reviews for HVO/DG for some time now, and we will both miss our regular phone calls with Jay about them.
