I was just wondering if someone made some AO related content would it get an airing on GSP. I know the people who play AO are very creative, but they really don't have much of an outlet. I tried scouring the internet for Ao related podcasts but the best I could find was one episode of a general gaming podcast with one episode and brief mention about Lost Eden.

I think the main inhibition would be audio quality. I don't mind if the audio quality is bad if the content is good. Audio editors are easy to come by i'm sure if you search the interweb you can find freeware or open source audio editing programs. Or you can just get REALLY good with the windows voice recorder.

They don't even need to be very story related or in character. They can just be about game mechanics and progression.

Well, The 12 Pains of AO is technically listener created. It was written by Engelen if I remember correctly. Epicine just recorded it. But ya, they do play listener created stuff. :)

Yes, we've had a handful of AO-user music/comedy aired in the past.

Dani's mention... which was a collab between Tarryk and Engelen, some of WarlordAlpha's music has been played, and I want to say Culainn made some tracks as well. I could be mixing him up with someone though, i r not smrt sumtym.

We also had a funny leet song donated to us... etc. You get the idea. :)

h00t h00t for creative Rubi-kans!!

We don't have any official method for user content!
Basically just prod us (forum PM's etc) and we'll arrange for some method to get the stuff to us.
We could also try and clean up raw audio if those skills are lacking.

We always love contributed original material and if we and the listeners like it,
it will be aired again and again, and fame and fortune will be bestoved upon thee.
Well maybe not, but you'll get a nice ego boost at the very least! :)
