Rumor Control: Misconduct at Reets

...I've recently been made aware of someone attempting to solicit services for an apparent "cybor prostitution ring" in Reets Retreat during GSP parties there. This person, aside from being an idiot for thinking that it's actually going to work, is obviously misplacing the concepts of honor and respect. He or she has apparently been using the GridStream name in the solicitations that have been offered, and I just wanted to point out first hand -- even though it is plainly obvious -- that this person has nothing to do with GridStream Productions.
At any rate, if you see someone soliciting "virtual prostitution", please do not raise a public stink about it or get yourself more directly involved in the situation than you need to be. Simply /petition for a disturbance of misconduct in public, and let ARK handle it. If they are slow on the response, just wait longer or relocate, /ignore the fool, and encourage others to do the same in liu of complaining.
Ignorant and maliciously self-centered people like this simply exist. There is no need to help them up on the soap-box of attention they love so much by making a public display out of your displeasure over their plain lack of ethics and public tact. /ignore and /petition are your friends.
Besides, soliciting cyb0ring in AO is quite plainly a realm of ignorance unto it's own. The person doing it is obviously new to the world of Rubi-Ka, and will give it up soon enough when he/she realizes that there is no viable market for such foolishness amongst the social population of RK -- especially not at GSP parties.

EDIT: Slight correction: I'm told that the solicitiation is also (or possibly only) taking place on global OOC channels. Same concept applies as above, anyhow.
