I just went in for a second interview at the Texas Veterinary Medicine Diagnostic Laboratory today and they offered me the Technician job on the spot. I was so happy I literally jumped in my seat and my new boss laughed at me. I start on Monday, which is perfect since my last day here at work in my current position is on Friday. I'll have 3 weeks of overlapping vacation backpay, which is nice (Dragoncon expenses!).
And I know Chaimera will get a chuckle out of this because of my zombie infatuation, but my new job is dissecting brains!
