I watched the clip and the voice could've as well said "potty" or "to die", since it was a high pitched "Mickey Mouse" voice. Go figure. Still I'd rather have the copy that said "Who wants to die?" though.

If you're the guy who usually talks for Elmo, I think the answer is "Me".
I mean, let's face it, it's not a life befitting even a dog. If I worked in a company like that I'd probably make all kinds of alterations.

Like
"Who wants coke?"
"I'd be your daddy, but the dog beat me up the stairs"
"Your soul is mine"

And so on... Mentally scarring kids is a comunity responsibility and should be taken seriously. If we fail in this task, they might grow up to be happy, and without cynism, all kinds of weird things would happen. Like joining Greenpeace, voting conservative, and showing up for Star Wars gatherings...
There has to be some sort of order!

 Tm

Careful, Snuggle(tm) might come after you on Elmo's orders! He already killed a Koala.
