also... does anyone know if we are allowed to have cameras in the actually convention?

and 2nd also... is GSP doing anything really special on Saturday and if so what time. That is the day myself and Beazer/Teaza will be there.

oh

and 3rd also... where is GSP's booth gonna be?

1. Cameras are allowed in the convention, yes. Film/Snap away. :)

2. GSP will be live, broadcasting, and being downright insane at the Funcom/GSP booth all day Saturday. After con-hours, no idea what's going on. Possible dispersement, I'm not 100% sure. But during con hours, you can find us there at FC booth.

3. I won't know the exact location until I'm actually there, but it's in the Hilton.

Well, we're only about an hour away from atlanta now, but thanks to funcom's little patch that seems to dislike Linux it looks like I may be unable to play AO at least for the time being. And of course, it happens right after I pay for a year in advance. Shoulda stuck to month-to-month or froob.

EDIT: Finally got it to work with a workaround from the forums and am hoping that it doesn't screw anything up next time I need to patch because I manually edited my version.id file.

version.id is one of the few files safe to edit without glitching the Patching process. nearly any other file in the Installation will not update during a patch if edited but that one will update (even edited)

you lucky bastages already on vacation... i dont get off work til friday... am leaving work early though...

No but really, I can't make it. Stupid student loans and rent are gonna make me jump off of a bridge one day, but please be sure to take loads of pics for me ;)

Well, nice to see my favorite pub from Seattle has one in Atlanta too, even has the same menu. Corned Beef & Cabbage, Mmmm...... Let you know how the food is when I'm done demolishing the plate.
