What I find funny when people want refunds for downtime:

They are whining about losing such a small amount of money/hour.

1yr/6mo sub = $0.01/hour

3mo/1mo = $0.02/hour

1 month = 30 days as per Funcom's Offical FAQ about subscriptions. And prices per hour rounded to the nearest cent.

well the thing that amazes me is that theese same ppl pay more in intrest to the credit card companies that they use to pay thier acct with and yet they keep running up thier credit cards and never complain tht theyare chrgeing to much for the convience.

People just like to bitch and point fingers. I'm still amazed that even after almost 20 years of it being around, people still have a hard time wrapping their mind around the concept that the internet (or anything that runs on it) isn't 100% perfect and working all of the time.
