Riddik is SO cool... Damn, just saw the movie on sneak preview (Denmark is behind as always...) Damn the effects are theatrical orgasms... I love movies... I wacth more than some of you probably will in a life time. This movie is awesomme... Storyline is not incredible, but sound and cool. Atmosphere is untouchable, and the effects? Damn!

Now, I will admit, I'm still hyped, there is bound to be some "bug" I missed. Every movie has bugs, there is no such thing as a perfect movie, although "Sleepy Hallow" and "Memento" come pretty damn close...

For those who haven't seen it, and like special effects and fight scenes, WATCH IT... For those who have, WATCH IT AGAIN! ^^

Make sure you check out the game that is set as a Prequel to the movie (and ties into the movie as well) made by some old buddies of Xtrophic btw):

Starbreeze Studios - http://www.starbreeze.com/

The Chronicles of Riddick, The Escape From Butcher Bay - http://www.riddickgame.com/us/
Out for Xbox and for PC soon I think!

Says X-Box only, but that doens't really bother me... First person and beat 'em up have never worked too well... Not sure about that game to be honest... But the movie still rocks!! ^^

Got an X-box but never checked that game out. Saw the movie and all I can say is bleh pretty much. Compared to the intelligent suspense of Pitch Black you had splashy, cool looking special effects and Riddick kicking peoples asses for an hour plus - bleh

but to each their own - ya liked it, fine.

I'm suprised Tarryk hasn't made a post about this movie yet.

He did back when the trailer was out... I was under the impression that it'd been out in the states for a while now?... I mean, seing as we got in in Denmark now, you guys must have had it for a while?

After having calmed down, I will say the story line is anything but ingenious. It's a lil' thin, it's a lil' uninventive, but all in all, it works great! ^^

It is still one of the most impressive cisual films I have seen in a long time, and that is also the only reason anyone should go see it for... It's a "leave your brain at home" movie, and a good one at that!

Still say it's worth watching, and still say it's coo'. But what you make of it is up to you.
