Turtle power?

I was wondering... Do any of you know a place where I might find and buy the original turtle comics?...
You know, back when they were darker, more sinister, and usually killed a lot of people...

Little fact, the Ninja Turtles were NOT invented for kids... The rights were bought after a while, and they were made into the comic you all know, but they started their "career" as doubtfull "good guys" who usually killed the "bad guys" they came across...

I was surfin, and found some old sounds, clips and pictures... And I got all nostalic, so I've been looking for the original comics... But I can't find them...

Dont know where to find them, but I do know the ones you are talking about. Yeah they were made for like 15 to 25 age guys basically.

The one I picked up and read at the store had them fighting their nemesis (was it Splinter?), eventually on a roof. Finally Splinter got a katana shoved through his chest and he fell off the building head first.

I think it was some special story though or something, because obviously he lived. The edition I was reading seemed like it was written as a one-time-deal, so maybe it was a pilot issue or something.

Anyway, the art was cool and it was sort of like Daredevil in it's darkness.

It was shredder... Splinter was their master, tho in the real version, he was not a human, but a rat, who was also mutated by the goo... And yes, the world is very Dare Devil like in it's dark and gloomy feel... S'why I like it!
