soon I'm changing isp's from a sucky one to one just slightly pricyer but way more reliable and way faster

Hopefully that will be up and avail to me in a week or so. (plus a *Sigh* big setup fee)
Due to that wonderfull situation. (yeah it's wondrfull, I'll be able to do my show when "I" want and not when my isp feels it wanna give be just barely enough to broadcast at)
I just baught myself a new pair of headphones, "aiwa HP-X121"
with surprising dynamic range of 5-25000 Hz (yeah you read right, capable of going down to the nasty subs all the way up to 48KHz (well 50 actually

I also got myself a kickass mic that beats the crap out of my old (which lacked proper bass capture and sounded um weak/puny).
I got myself a "vivanco DM97" with a very good range indeed,
20-20000 Hz (yup, can record stuff up to 40KHz with this lil baby

So it'll prolly double as a fx recording mic as well. it's at a nice 600 Ohm so my Game THeatre XP soundcard has no issues powering it. (it's a dynamic mic, my sound card hates condensers it seems lol).
The mic is a XLR type. (pro studio plug) but comes with a 6.35mm phonejack cable with a XLR connector at the end. woot, PLUS a stand/boom adapter for the mic.
Which leads me to.
I got myself a mic stand with a adjustable boom arm on it

(looks just like yer typical stage/club/concert type)
The mix stand plus mic cost me about um 125 dollars I think.
And after a few test I must say I HIGHLY recommend forking out 125 for a mic of this caliber and a mic floorstand with a boom arm,
rather than any headset + mic combo out there.
My old handmic was "ok", my first headset+mic sucked, had self fedback,
and a tube led the sound to the mic which was in the earpiece (hence feedback lol).
My second headset w/mic was better, sound somewhat crappy but not too shabby, mic never worked. told ya my card didn't like condenser mics lol.
Third headset w/mic had a better mic, but way crappier sound, and again the mic didn't work. (my sound, bah ya know that allready, and at this point was when I realized it too).
In a last freaky attempt before giving in to insanity and buying a pro dj/studio/stage headset w/mic. (lots of options, but few where stereo headset with a boom mic that was a dynamic mic and they cost 2-3 times or more than my current mic + floorstand)
I ended up getting a usb based headset w/mic. it worked, great sound, great mic. AND IT WORKED.
(due to the fact that the USB thingy presented itself to the system as a additional soundcard, shame about it not having a whatyouhear/stereomix or ability to support aux or cross card relaying *Sigh*)
(part of my reason for going for a headset w/mic was that just recently my old headphones keeled over and cut it's wire in a suicide attempt, (and it succeeded, I won't revive those old headphones any more lol).
The mic + floorstand with boom, and a very decent pair of headphones
I got a equipment setup equalling your average low budget station out there, rawk

And my full true voice can finaly be heard (teaser attached
