but this is the good pain all tho my migraine isnt completely gone its a numbing pain i started working out again and are in a happy pain lol

I must admit I miss the pain that hits your fingertips after an 18 min 3 mile run. Time to up the morning workout routine again.

lol i went on a 13 mile walk last night at 1am took me 3hrs cos was walkign slow, was sittign with housemate and we were really bored he was like what ya wana do, i was like idk walk along the coast and get a scare passing strickys glenn (a sposed haunted place near the coast where devil worshipers suposedly hangout) ? and he was like why not lol. was great fun until we hit the forrest lol pretty spooky xD

lol limber up and stretch befor doing it, it stops ur muscels from hurting as much after it =D
