Drunk Drivers are in my own personal opinion one of the lowest forms of life out there .... even worse then tax-adjusters and political figures *laughs* and that takes some serious work.
Look on the bright side *smiles* a beginning like that to ones year means (in all likely hood) that things will be moving towards improvement. (since it is scary to imagine them getting worse)
