Transformers CCG.

Well who would of thought they'd make a CCG out of the Transformers. Ok so it's not so surprising really. In fact it was predictable.

But having had the game explained to me I would hazard to guess it's about the worst CCG ever, It uses coloured chits to determine success in a rock, paper scissors method.

I believe the game is made by WoTc. But the fact that the game isn't any good isn't enough. The models are lame and don't transform. Oh yes you can build both a vehicle or a robot from the same kit but theres no difference between using either form as far as the game is concerned and remodeling i5t is difficult and time consuming.

On top of this WoTc has patented the Constructable collectable card game. Dispite the fact that the idea has been on the market for over two years as Wizkids Pirates CCG. WoTc is even suing wizkids for back licencing fees. WoTc also patented randomisers which means they can sue everyone who sells dice or and random number selection system.

Err hello WoTc people have been playing with dice since the dawn of mankind it's public domain.

Suffice to say that the US patent system is dumb as a post when it comes to allowing people to take out patents. Wizkids is of course challenging both patents but lets face it it's a waste of money into useless lawsuits. Only the lawyers get rich.
