Rumor has it that Omnitech director Zora has officially canceled the annual testing of antiaircraft batteries this year. This event which has become a tradition kept religiously on the evening of the 24th of December and early morning hours of the 25th has always been a great source of amusement for spectators. The cancelation was announced after photographic evidence that the actual reason for the testing was an attempt to eliminate unfair trade practices and disrupt the delivery of goods sold below market value on the part of one Kristoper Kringle who using an unlikely sounding Vehicule was noted as being extreamely capable of thwarting the best security money can buy to deposit gifts free of charge to deserving youngsters determined to be nice via a unknown criteria.

The Council of Truth has responded to the evidence and subsequent announcement by issuing the following statement.

"Omnitech has had issue with Mr. Kristopher Kringle for years. Mostly because he doesn't deliver to the majority of Omnitech households due to most Omnitech employees being on the naughty list. We speculate that the continued evasion of a sled pulled by flying Reindeer to being shot down by Omnitech antiaircraft has led to widespread moral problems in the ranks of Omnitech antiaircraft gunners.",

Further developments are likely to develop as Omnitech has filed an action with the ICC to restrict Mr. Kringle from activities in violation with trade laws. The giving away of self manufactured products of superior craftsmanship is seen as detrimental to Omnitechs profit margin.
